Grand Prix at the Corner #104
Hazell was born in Lewisham, London, England [1] and grew up in Grove Park. Her mother, Amber, is a dinner lady (equivalent of an American "lunch lady"). Her father, Roy, is a window fitter. They separated when she was 13. She has an older sister, Roxanne, and a younger sister, Georgia. [2] She attended the Ravensbourne School in Bromley. [3]
As a teenager, Hazell was frequently truant from school and stayed out late on school nights drinking. She confesses to having only taken five GCSE examinations due to being ejected from many of them; however, she did well in Mathematics and English despite suffering from dyslexia.
