soooo not true. my buddy's a bouncer down in the powerplant and he said he would let girls in if they were hot. no questions asked. drunk hot girls = drunk guys spending more money to get drunk and spending money to get the girls drunk.
all in all its mo $$$ for them. and the cops around the area get a cut to keep quiet until they are off the property

Im in b-more all the time, that isnt the case, and there are no bouncers at powerplant, each bar has its own bouncers
