Is that from the Social Readjustment Scale? (I think that's what it's called.) The one I'm thinking of assigns a point value to each event and then you tally up your score so you can tell how stressed out you are.
Although sometimes people don't realize that positive things are often stressful too!
I've had a few periods in my life where it's been off the charts as I'm sure others have as well....But it's amazing how resilient people can be!
