Wink Groovy Come Back!

Spending all my nights, all my money going out on the town
Doing anything just to get you off of my mind
But when the morning comes, I'm right back where I started again
Trying to forget you is just a waste of time

Groovy come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Groovy come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong, and I just can't live without you

All day long, wearing a mask of false bravado
Trying to keep up the smile that hides a tear
But as the sun goes down, I get that empty feeling again
How I wish to God that you were here

Groovy come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Groovy come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong, and I just can't live without you

Now that I put it all together
Give me the chance to make you see
Have you used up all the love in your heart
Nothing left for me, ain't there nothing left for me

Groovy come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Groovy come back, listen, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong, and I just can't live without you

I was wrong, and I just can't live

Groovy come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Groovy come back, you can blame it all on me

Thanks Dave.

You made my dog throw up.

Better her than me - she'll probably eat it again in a bit.

I threw up in my mouth a little though.

Dan, you're not a Hall & Oates fan?

Dude. . . Hippie? Hall & Oates?

It's like the episode of The Simpsons where Homer is going to "really blow your minds" when he's blaring Billy Joel out of The Saturn.

That said, Hall & Oates' rhythm section is worth paying attention to. T-Bone Wolk was the bass player (badass), and they had a who's-who of session drummers.

word Mr. Trunk weren't both the bass player and the lead guitarist from Hall & Oates on SNL for the longest time?
