Grrr - you're so right and it's a fecking joke. Which is more likely to cause an accident, the caravan through instability at speed and not packing the heavier contents over the axle. Yet it's the sports car owner who'd pay the price.

Grrr .... I so agree with you .... 
I find it so frustrating driving in the UK now, whenever I come back, looking out for hidden cameras, mobile cameras, cops with radar guns, police cars and motorbikes .... it makes it hard to concentrate on where you are driving !!!!
