SHE'S BACK!!!

I picked up LESISMOR this morning
The people who happened to be around when I got there definitely got a morning chuckle on my behalf...I literally yelled out, "I missed you so much, you're so beautiful"!!!!

I'll post some pics tonight!!!

The countdown is officially now over

Even had to take out some dude in newer prelude on the way home...trying to show off for a girl....silly boy (top down too btw )

I've only noticed one thing and I'm not sure if it's just me b/c I haven't driven the car in 4mths and I need to get used to it again, or if maybe something is not right?

It seems like when I am going high speeds 60-85 miles/hr and I downshift, I'm jumping around a bit more than feels "right".....any thoughts??

thanks

DAMN!!!! I KNEW I shoulda detoured through Toronto on my way back from Philly!!!!!

Congrats on gettin' LESISMOR back on the road, babe!

Can you describe the downshift issue a little more? Is the jumping around like the back end is slipping sideways a bit or like the car's steering back and forth a bit? What were the road conditions? I'm guessing it's just you getting used to her again...because it sounds similar to my experience driving Guinness the first day or so after I got her...

Hey Les, could be nothing more than a less than perfect rev match causing the tires to slip slightly.
A- after the long winter nap I suspect it will take a few days to completely bond again so your shifts are perfect
B- cold temps outside and those sneakers have less road grip
C- put it out of your mind unless it gets worse or does not go away

That is what I was going to say ..... changes in tyre pressure can have a very noticeable effect on the handling ......
