Had a Colonoscopy and an Endoscopy this morning .
Episodes of difficulty swallowing and spitting up food. My gastroenterologist thought I might have a Zenker's Pocket in my esophagus, which might have to be stapled shut. Then I had an esophogram with barium and contrast imaging. It turned out to be a Schotze's Ring in my esophagus, which interferes with swallowing and rarely can be cancer. It wasn't and he stretched it out. I should be OK. I'm home, still pretty goofed up on Demerol and Versed.
