Last night: seared ahi tuna appetizer (1 min. each side, yum) ... pan-fried halibut steaks encrusted with sesame seeds and curry mayo for dipping ... steamed asparagus (stinky pee!) and rice. A nice J. Lohr chardonnay to round it out.

Last night was cold roast chicken (left over from Sunday) with mashed potato fried with the vegetables that we didn't eat on Sunday as well
