WSB, I don't know about computer FPS. I will agree they look better. Whether that be because a monitor has much higher resolution than an TV or that the games are just more detailed. But using a keyboard to move just doesn't feel right. I like having a controller. The other good thing about consoles, IMO, is that they never (very rarely) lock up. Computer games are too quirky.

I beat the story missions on GTA san andreas in a week. that involved several 15hr days of playing though. I'm still having fun banging my girlfriends and flying planes into buildings.
Revolutionary games for me? space quest, simcity, GTA, windows solitaire. There was a space simulator on my atari 800 but i can't remember the name. Not the best graphics, but gameplay was YEARS ahead of its time....since the 400 had joysticks+QWERTY.
