My parents, in Seattle, said that they've had so much rain this spring that the back yard will never be dry until next summer.

No. Wait three hours - the weather will change.

The flip side is that if it's raining, it's good to go indoors. . . namely in the doors to the Acropolis Steak House and strip club.
