Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Too Funny, feisty old broad lol. Nice one Gina.
Growing up in an Italian household I never knew very much about St. Patricks, I never went to any of the festivities or ate any of the food related to that. I do like corned beef , and I like cabbage for the most part.
I have recently purchased a St. Patricks T-shirt from Old Navy as I have always liked the shamrock design (heck even Alfa Romeo uses it )
My son's name is Patrick. My father's name was Pasquale, and he worked with some Irish folk when he got off the boat here in 1950. Everyone called him Paddy his entire life in Canada oddly enough, as it was easier to pronounce and spell compared to Pasquale. My father even referred to himself as Paddy in his business operations his whole life. When I hear of St. Patricks day today, I think of my father in an odd sort of way, my old man Paddy ! RIP
