Also, race tailgaters come and go between racing events. Game tailgaters stay put, other than visiting with other tailgate groups and tasting their food and wandering around to soak up the scene. It's a very different experience. We tailgate for 6-7 hours before every home game with the same people -- many people, in trhe same place, many easy ups, all USC colors. We know all about their families. Some tailgaters in huge motor homes bring their own BBQ outfits on trailers and set up elaborate full bars with crystal and big food layouts, etc. It's very different. You and Skip should try it sometime and come to one of our games.

RB I'm sure yeah they are more a permeant fixture as you are there but just docent appeal to me 7 Hrs then another 4
C-6 would not enjoy that.

Best thing I ever saw at an NCar tailgate was the people who had drawn a Chalk Image on the ground like when the detectives do that around a dead body it had #18 in it
Tanks for the invite butt gonna pass < pun intended

Speaking of N Car they're coming back to the Coliseum but doubt we'll go.

We'll go if you go. We know our way around the Coliseum. (I think we're going anyway. We missed it this year.) Think about it. It'll be fun to spend a race day with you and Skip. It's been a long time. I'll even pop for tickets. We could go for pastrami sandwiches at Langer's afterward.

We had second Thanksgiving on Sunday because we didn't get our foods the way we like 'em on Thursday: cranberry relish made with whole cranberry fruit; not jellied. Also, smoked Turkey, not roasted. That turned out great.

That said, I'm still hoping for turkey vindaloo one of these years. Gonna have to make it myself.
