Five years ago, I was put on a project with a Japanese company and I acquired a taste for it. Since then, I get loopy if I go more than a month without a fix.

Well, actually, I'm pretty loopy to begin with.

I really like the wasabe mustard that's part of the whole thing. Dunking stuff in soy sauce is also not terrible!

i had sushi on friday night as well.
that's funny...we did the boat thing as well.. 4 of us were at this little table, but they had to move us since the boat was too big
best part was, my friend treated all of us

I went to an Isakaya on Sunday night had some sushi and sashimi to start the meal and then on to all the other wonderful things afterwards

I am going to Tsukiji fish market this week .... need to get there about 5am, you can see the tuna being unloaded off the fishing boats, then the different levels of the auctions, from whole fish down to a small enough size for one restaurant for the day, and then there are little sushi restaurants around the market where you can get the freshest possible sushi ..... about an hour from boat to restaurant
