Wednesday morning I took Anne Marie to emergency. You know about that. Thursday night I got food poisoning and was violently ill. I took Friday off to recuperate.

I'm having a long fun of fencing in my back yard replaced. Friday I stood on a pile of fenceposts that I thought was stable. It wasn't. I fell hard on my back on concrete. Really messed up my lower back.

Then, late Saturday night, I got up to get a drink of water. My back spasmed and, reacting to it, I fell on the kitchen floor, injuring my left ankle and knee. My ankle is swollen up llike a balloon and my knee is just trashed. Looks like surgery again (#4). I already have no AC ligament. I'm on crutches and Vicodin is my friend.

I'm sorry to hear it RB, hopefully you've got that out of your system. I'm really sorry for your knee, that really sucks. Please get well soon, I hope it heals fast
