Well let's hope he inherited the liabilities when he stole it .... I've just started a class action with a number of fellow whores against the owner of that font for wasting space on my computer screen and unnecessarily using my pixels without consulting me first!

Did you copyright it under the GNU public license? If you did, then he has no right to take it from you and he has to give it back. Plus, if he fvcked it up, he has to tell you all about how he did it.
