Help! I need a pic enlarged!

I dont know how i did this, but I shrunk this pic down and wanna make it a decent size again...can anyone take it and enlarge it at work for me rt now please?

just tried to make it 640x480 size, but when you do, it gets crazy blurry..
sorry.
