I prefer traditional white numbers on black backgrounds, myself...

Just won an auction for the second 5 point harness for Guinness. This one's new in the box, so I'll use it for the driver and give the gasoline smelling one to the passenger...

 

Why on Earth would they smell of gasoline?

 

By the by, I FINALLY installed some seat belts in the Camaro - it's so not fun sliding around everywhere. Plus, the pressure (no matter how slight) from the seatbelts is always that much more reassuring.

 

They came out of a Camaro drag car that reeked of racing fuel...

I'll try to remember to take a pic of the belt I have tomorrow when the lighting is better and I'll take a pic of the new set when they show up (still sorting out final payment issues).

They're both black harnesses, but the one I have is by RCI and the new set is from G-Force. I'm not a brand snob, so I don't really care if they match. Besides, the car's gonna have one black race seat and one stock tan leather one, so symetry ain't in the cards...
