it's more of a long term thing..... studies are showing things like cancer and other ailments like acidic environments, but die off in alkaline environments....... I'm still learning about it.....

I shall bear that in mind thanks ..... long term I think you eat enough veg etc. to kill off the acidity, it is just in the induction phases that you eat so much meat etc ....

yes..... I also noticed I was much more even in my temperament... not to excitable and not too down. very even. It was nice.

I have been pretty moody during the induction phase so far ...... but I am pretty sure that will go once I start eating more than 3 grains of rice a day ....

That's me, I am out of here to do some work ..... may catch ya later guys
