Have you ever been? That was my first visit there. Pretty cool.

 

On our honeymoon, John. A few days on Kauai and a few days on the big island of Hawaii. We stayed at the Volcano House on the big island. I have about 3 hours of video tape of lots of black lava.

 

Very cool. Awesome place.

I'm going back for sure. Mrs. jedwards needs to see it too.

Word of advice... Unless you want to be branded a geek for the rest of your natural life, don't videotape lava.

Sounds great, John. The trip from Cali is great. From out here, it's a bit excessive. Of course, we were living near you back when we got married, so it was fine.

I totally agree. It's a long way from coast to coast and then JUST as long to HI. Not surprising to me that I've never been before.

Would suprise me though if I didn't go back.
