Funny thing...I ALMOST got a call from a contractor this morning at 7:30am. He was on the back porch ringing the doorbell and it didn't wake me up. Robyn woke up and I trudged downstairs JUST as he was getting ready to call me...

not only was he 5 hours late... he was 3 days AND 5 hours late.

They schedule you for a 8 hour window on a 5 day window... i.e. random.
