I was just thinking about Pizelle's the other day! My grandmother who was from italy used to make them all the time i always thought they looked like waffles when i was a little kid and she used to sprinkle sugar on top of them.I never hear anyone else ever make mention of pizelles.

Well if anyone was to make those you know it would be us ,lol. My wife wants to start making them as they were always our favourite when my mother made them.

Now there is a soft thicker kind almost waffle like, and a thinner crispy kind more like a wafer or cookie. She made both but I like the thinner crispy kind better. Some food supply companies sell them in packages now but they aren't the same as home made. My mother had the tool to make them on the stove, my wife keeps asking me about the getting the tool, as she wants to make them. My mother would make a few dozen of them around the holidays and we would eat them for a while afterwards.

Did you put the mustard on in a zig-zag pattern?

LMAO !
You know the mustard container was almost nearly empty, so it was blowing all over the place like a bunch of farts. I couldn't get it to zig-zag. Very frustrating but I wanted to use the last of the yellow stuff.

I hate when that happens it ends up blowing everything all over your plate! if it is a plastic bottle cut it open with a sharp knife and then you can get the mustard out with a regular knife you won't be able to do your zig-zag move but you can at least spread it.
