James, I'm a short-timer at work, I have a huge going away party planned for Friday night, and I get a three week vacation paycheck on my last day next week.

Not really. Much more "headroom" though. I've been banging against a ceiling at the old place for a while.

Financially speaking, it's a questionable move for me, but I think I needed to do it.
