Even Kevlar won't stop the right bullets. There are some weapons out there that can punch through Class 3A (one of the highest protection levels around) at over 200 meters. I want one.

Even if I could get one of the guns, I would still need to get the ammo. Bad guys CAN get that stuff which is scary.
