Absolutely.
"Most women are annoying," will be misconstrued as "All women are annoying," or, "I find you annoying," or, "I want sex and a ham sandwich now!" Ignore the fact that you were going to try to say, "Most women I've met are annoying, except you; you're very easy-going." Don't even bother. . . not worth it. . .
