The only good way to filter is with key words. Even then, it takes an email administrator to filter through them each day to get the few valid emails that got stripped because they just happened to fall under the criteria. It raises administration a lot. One reason we still haven't implemented here at our company.

My company's policy is to filter with keywords. You can't send me an email (from outside) that has "Hi" for a subject or the words "Credit Card" in the subject".

Rudes generally considered sexual or swearing can't be included in the text. We had to make some changes there since our part of the business is medical imaging. Words like "breast" and "genitals" are used fairly often.... professionally of course.
