It has been good and bad to be honest.

Good in that I can already apply the course concepts into my work, which has made some big improvements in the business already Plus it has already made me a bit more effective in what I do too.

Bad in that it takes a lot of time, especially because I'm doing it part time, and I misjudged how much time I needed to put into it. From next year I'm going to give myself a day a week off next year concentrate on it properly.

Still I'm sat on a distinction so far this year, and the next two modules are the ones I was looking forward to this year

Best decision I ever made
thanks rich. i'm really in addition to hoping to get professional growth from it, but hoping to get personal growth more than anything. i also want to increase my efficiency and just develop the way i think. i feel like i've stagnated a lot this past year, if not even fell backwards a little bit... horrible feeling

You should look at one where you can specify the final modules, that way you can tailor them to your exact requirements.

Well we should swap notes and ideas for sure. Networking is a huge part of the business and personal development aspect.

I was at a weekend tutorial this past weekend (funnily enough) and managed to give out almost 100 cards to people and tutors.

I'm going to focus on Strategic Performance & Change Management and Finance, I haven't picked the last two modules yet. I have another year before I need to make my mind up, thankfully.
