When are you off to NZ?

 

Just booked flights for Dec 21st Tokyo to Aukland via Hong Kong........ direct flights appear to be full already (and about 3 times the price!!! )

Also flying via HK is good for me for my "frequent flyer" awards

 

You'll get the good weather then too.

I'll be flying to the States in November, off peak so prices are low and planes aren't too full which means I can fill up on the and not upset to many people.

I've gotta book my flight Thursday, still not sure who to go with, Qantas suck now so I might try Air NZ or Singapore.

 

How long will you be in the states for?? Where are you going?

We should have two weeks of sun in NZ, just bought a guide book so that we can try to decide our itinerary for the holiday....

 

3 weeks. Don't know where I'll be going. Arizona and Ohio definately to visit friends.

I usually just make up the itinerary as I go depending on how I feel and what I want to see and do. Last time I got a rail pass which gives you heaps of flexibility, just to get to Ohio by plane I have to take three connecting flights.

You'll love NZ, I've always wanted to visit there. People who I know who have visited or lived there say it's absolutely spectacular.
