I got a shredder JUST like that...i can tell from the picture. Same company. Mine is about 2-3 feet tall.

I opened it, started shredding for about 10 min.... and it stopped working.

Let me know how yours works out. POS as far as I am concerned

fellowes is one of the better shredders around. it's running very well for me, i've shredded over 12 thirteen gallon bags worth of paper so far, most of it in one day. shredders are known to burn out, but 10 minutes is defective. i'm pretty religious about running it backwards and oiling it with every bag full.
