Nice! I've never deep sea fishing before, seems like a lot of fun.
it really is. I think I am going next Wednesday again...assuming my slave driver boss doesn't miss me too much

Northern fight pretty good... but the water was shallow so it couldn't go deep, just out.
I'd really love to go marlin fishing in florida sometime. That looks way cool.

my best memory of fishing is in la paz, off a 25ft center console with a tuna tower, i was on the tower and the water was green with dorado, ive never seen anything like it, a school of dorado all great size. my buddy gaffed a fish from the deck!!!!!! im trying to get a 5 day cabo trip planned in the next few weeks but its sooooo hot down there, a friends friend just got back from 8 days there, it was 110 a few of the days. landed a good size black marlin (230) but the fish died before it could be released
3 hour fight.

The amazing thing was we were only 10-15 miles out..in about 45 feet of water coming up an a ridge. This is amazing for Jersey fishing...for Tuna to be this close!
And they dont travel alone...there must be bigger ones down there

dying
someday I will catch a Sailfish
