I am invoking clause 23.4 subclause (a) (iii) which states that once a thread has not been posted to for more than 48 hours it becomes free territory which can be claimed by the next person to post.....

Anytime you log in and find that no one has posted in any of the threads for 48 hours and you can invoke clause 23.4 subclause (a) (iv) claiming the entire forum as your new mother country
