doesn't the 280 have terrible lift at high speeds :scaredsilly:sweet ride by the way. did I ever confess to my desire for a chevy powered 240z, with a corvette rear, and a Richmond 6 speed?

I'd think flowers... but what kind? A dozen? A small bouquet? Or my friend said to just get her something she likes, because "it's the thought that counts." She loves iced latte with caramel, candy corn, and carrot cake, etc... But isn't that a bit weird to show up, "Hey I brought you a coffee..."
Gimme advice!

Actually, the smart thing to do is to call the funeral home - they can give you some ideas as to what sort of floral arrangements that will be there - stay away from roses. And if this is really a best best best friend, hugs are way better than anything else.

Thanks for all the advice, guys. I think I'll get her either red carnation or white poppys (
WSB), but ya, she is a best best best friend so I'm sure the fact that I'm there will mean more than anything.
I did talk to her a few days ago, because she came down to Houston to see her dad in the hospital, but she told me she "didn't think she wanted to see anybody right now. Even you." Hopefully, she'll have changed her mind by tonight.
