I finally got my eclipse setup together.
BTW, an annular eclipse occurs when the moon is farther away relative to the distance to the sun, so the dicsc of the moon doesn't completely cover the disc of the sun. You can't see the corona, which is the atmosphere of the sun. You get a ring. ("Annular" comes from the Latin word "anus," which means sphincter.)
