LOL. I see I'm not alone on this. I hate SBC Ameritech so much that when my room mate moved out, I got rid of my land line. My cellphone is my only phone now, and I get online through my apartments wireless network.

 

Nice! I too got rid of my land line a long time ago. Cell phone and cable modem now.
