I got pulled over Tuesday, on my way to Bald Hill in Long Island, NY, by what looked like a Dodge Omni... It looked like a tan beater... I got a ticket for guess what.....


Ashing out the window!!! (I was driving with the top down... the ashes would have been sucked out the top anyway... but I was making the ashing motion)



He actually told me that's why he pulled me over... he said... I could give you a ticket for speeding too, but I won't...

I think the fine for littering in NJ is $500. Sux!

BTW, I got a ticket for ashing... NOT throwing out the cigarette butt.

Yikes! I wonder if they can fine people for having a campfire too? Seems like a ridiculous fine.

 

Hey AZ -- sorry to hear about the ticket.

I got pulled over the other night too. I turned onto a street and was behind a black mercury sable. The car slowed down to 15 MPH with all green lights in front of us. The car wasnt looking for parking cause there were ton of spots. I honked and they pulled over. I drove around and got up to a little under 40. Next thing I know -- wooo wooo sirens. It was an unmarked cop car. The cop looked at my liscense and I then was like I could give you a ticket for speeding. I didnt know what to say so I just sat there. He handed me back my liscense and said have a good night.

I got lucky.

 

Tickets suck.

Friggen cops with too much time and not enough donuts!

 

My last ticket was a "reckless operation" for fishtailing a little after coming around a corner. Got it reduced to a careless op. and kept off my insurance record.



I got 2 tickets last night too ...
