My home is on a 5,227 sq. ft lot or .12 acres. I can mow both lawns in 15 minutes and I don't have to add gas or empty the grass catcher. Less to water and less weeds to pull. I'd rather have a small nice yard that's easy to keep than a large yard that is labor intensive.

 

yeah I barely have time to take showers much less cut lawns..

 

. . . and this sir, is why I have a condo. . . well, that, and the fact that I can't afford an actual house (here).
