I say it's more like somebody should deal with these scumbags so we don't have to worry about getting scammed.

They purchased food, and air travel tickets, you think someone could track them down . What happens when they show up to the airport to board a plane and the airline knows the payment was cancelled ? My credit card company cancelled everything within minutes.

I'm trying to refrain from being political but I'm just going to make the comment that there are people in Washington who are supposed to be working for us but apparently they have forgotten that fact.

Place the responsibility for wrongdoing on the ones who caused harm, not received it.
Just glad it wasn’t something more serious aka expensive.
