Maybe it's because I live in BFE, but when I had an s2000 I paid ~$1200/yr and ~$700/yr with a $500 deductible when I was 24 and 25 years old. Or maybe the Liberty Mutual folks screwed up on my policy.
well i have it under my moms name and i STILL pay 6000.00 a year 
its killer....

I'd have to break out the rollerblades if my insurance was that high.
Hopefully I'll be able to get back into an s2000 after I move to San Diego in a few months.....or saw the roof off my WRX.
