Some tortilla chips

 

Everything bagel with butter and a slice of cheddar and a glass of unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk.

 

(wasn't really a glass I drank it out of the carton)^^^

 

Have you tried chocolate almond milk? My co-worker's niece told me to try it and we really liked it. I haven't tried the vanilla yet because the GF wants the unsweetened and since she uses more than I do I defer to her choice. L\I also miss cow milk.

I've never tried any almond milk

 

Even with it being unsweetened the vanilla almond milk is really good. I tried regular almond milk for the first time a couple of years ago and hated it. My Dad was staying with me last summer and he got the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and I tried it and really liked it and have been buying it ever since. Haven't tried the chocolate.

 

A bowl and a half of crunchy granola raisin bran with vanilla almond milk.

 

My doctor told me to cut out dairy and for milk he said use almond milk. I find that if i have too much of it that it causes diarrhea.
