Nice!! The dining room manager at the place were I work at, at night is a paison and she made some pasta fagioli and gave me a bowl. She used ditalini and put a lot of parmesan on it. It was gooood.
Well my friend from this Car Forum @jerrypeterson always brought it to meets / BBQ's in WA and I missed it so I asked him once how he makes it?

One place that had good Italian soup when we visited the U.S was Carrabbas , I liked it much better than Olive Garden.
