Guess that makes you a flat broke bloke.
I don't know. I'm not sure exactly what I want. I want something fun to drive, reasonably practical (groceries), and pleasant to drive for 7 hours (the time it takes me to get back to WI). It'll get winter duty so AWD is a plus, but I can drive a RWD pickup on bald tires in the snow without too much trouble.
I want an Evo but the payments and maintenence ($1000 tires every 10,000 miles) and lack of a few creature comforts (notably cruise control) scares me away. I was looking at a Mazda6 but the local Mazda dealer here is horrible (actually the same company as the Mitsu dealer). Lousy selection and I know a lot of people who were left very unhappy with their service.
I drove an '05 maxima SE. Nice car but the torque steer is attrocious.
I drove an '05 G35 coupe. Great car but not really winter friendly.
