I'll be buying a new digital camera. Something small and preferably using CF or SD memory (no Sony memory stick shit!). Any suggestions?
I have a friend in the market..he is looking at the little Casios ..they get great reviews! I have always loved my Canon.

WSB: I like the Canon Powershot SD200 if you are looking for a small digital camera. it's relatively cheap (probably can find it for around 200 dollars) and has pretty good photo quality for its size and an excellent video mode if you ever decide to take random videos.

depending on how high or low you are willing to go, there are many more choices.

The SD200 was my initial choice, actually. I'll be pairing it with an SLR, so no need for a big expense or 6 MP pictures.

Pretty happy with it? I'm not sure if I really need the extra pixels, but I guess if the price is close...
