The Jabra 250 series is lame 
..so far I have decent luck with the Mot Hs850 , and add a foam wind boom to the mic

the Jabra one did....the Mots you have to push the button to answer a call. Supposedly Treo BT profiles suck and it is a software issue that will be fixed soon!
