There has to be SOMEBODY from FLA coming to WTD who has a hardtop, and doesn't want to have it on for the Dragon. They would have the catchers installed.

Exactly...and I can pick up the HT catchers here, put them on, and drive back with the HT..

a) it's not a fraud claim... yet..
