I'm about getting a new computer monitor (since my Dell broke right after the warranty, and I haven't replaced it for like 4 months!!), I'm looking at a used Samsung on B&H. I'm not sure about it though, it has some mixed reviews

What do you all think?

take a quick look at this- http://www.pchardwarehelp.com/guides...anel-types.php

That being said, there are a couple things to consider- a lot of people don't care about how TN panels deal with color of the viewing angle and the price difference between TN based displays and IPS based displays is substantial.
