Well your purdy tall so I still can't imagine your looking overweight butt OTOH you need to be what you want to be
C-6 haz dropped a ton and keeps the same rigorous routine
I think when you get into a rhythem of exercise its easy to continue 
just get out on that new bike

Gained about 20lbs since moving here and up about 1-2 sizes in all my pants/shorts...

yeah guess I'll re-fill his water bottle
