Ha! I actually didn't buy the meat part of the urchin - In Portland it's a popular thing to buy an urchin shell and air plant together in a floral shop; it's really beautiful. So Odin only got to eat the shell, all I found left were the crumbs

Yup, it's seafood congee with sea urchin and scallops.
They de-shell and clean the sea urchins for you at the farmers market, so I didn't have to do any of that.
