I just bought an oil change for the WRX and the proper size valve stem cap and a TON of groceries and some Irish whiskey.

Yeah, when I saw the steelies, I just assumed the entire underside was coated in rust and/or salt

I was looking at the last generation of Preludes initially and most had rust to some degree. When I seen this one I was surprised how clean it was. The 2nd last owner had it stored away for 10 years. The current owner started driving it in winter since 2020, so they put winter rims and tires on it. I will get it cleaned up and rustproofed. As soon as I bring it home it won't see winter or rain anymore. It hasn't seen salt long enough to cause issues yet. Winter driving is hard on Hondas in this area. This car was also built in Japan, I find they hold up a bit better to rust than US Hondas.
