When I was in the tiny home, we had a woodpecker that didn't bother with any of the countless trees around us. Bugger would go to the cell booster tower.

A Woolwax rustproofing kit. 4 quarts of Woolwax lanolin rustproofing in black, one pro application spray gun (for use with home compressor) , and two long spray wands to get into cavities. This stuff looks great and has great reviews. I will get it sprayed into every nook and cranny, cavity, and under carriage. My 96 Prelude will really need this.

For some reason or another the woodpeckers bang on the gutters at certain times. I'm not sure why but my mom thinks that it is to attract the opposite sex woodpecker.

A Dyson purifier/heater for the basement, which is both cold and smelly most of the time.

I'm so glad this house doesn't have a basement, otherwise I'd be down there too. Also, 2 of the previous houses I've owned have ended up with flooded basements and now I'm a little gun shy about that kind of thing.
