It's definitely not double across the board, but there are some items that are up a lot. Beef, chicken, eggs, and some veggies/fruits are all way up. Most other things are flat, or similar.

The bigger issue for us hasn't been the prices, but just availability.

I collect Asimo dolls and related items, one of the big guys will be under a seat belt in my Civic Si rear seat.
