I haven't checked my cabin air filter on my WRX , almost 2 years old.
Mines a little more than two years old and I just turned 24,000 miles today. My neighborhood is all dirt roads and I have pine needles blowing all over so I'm figuring it is due.

I'm figuring it may help to keep the new car smell in too.
NIIIIIIIIIIICE I remember on the old school Abarth's the hood's wouldn't close all the way because there wasn't enough clearance after Abarth modified them. Always thought that was cool in an old school Italian kind of way.

When we bought a 500 back in '14 the dealer had an original one in the showroom, the sales guy took me for a ride in it. It wasn't an Abarth, but it was pretty neat. Very tiny car though. Abarth made the old ones pretty wicked. I recall seeing pics of the hood not being able to close
